Before booking, please read policy carefully below as there are a few precautions that need to be taken to ensure you appointment runs smoothly.
Appointment Poilcy
- I am located in Waukegan, IL . The exact address will be given in your confirmation email after booking
- Although I love children, the space in which you are being serviced is not suitable for kids.
- I ask that you do not bring anyone extra to your appointment
- No additional services can be added at the of the appointment, please be sure to inquire all services needed.
- ALL SERVICES INCLUDE A WASH ❕
Hair Policy
In the order to ensure quality results, I do not use any other hair other then beautybyke for all installs except bobs. Failure to use beautybyke without prior approval will result in cancellation.
Payment Poilcy
- There is non-refundable booking fee that goes towards your service paid .
- The remainder of your balance must be paid Cash Apple Pay or Zelle at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- If you are needing to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance
- If you are a no call - no show you will be prohibited from scheduling any future appointments.
- Due to tight scheduling, I unfortunately,cannot allow anymore than 15 minute delay (15 minute grace period)
- If you are more than 15 minutes late , your appointment will be canceled.
